I’ve done quite a few posts on LuLaRoe lately. Although I do (often) wear clothes that aren’t LuLaRoe, they’re not as fun to write about. Plus, my LuLaRoe posts are weirdly popular, and I like to give the people what they want. Since I’ve covered the Irma, Julia (twice), Randy, Cassie, and LuLaRoe for summer, it’s time to cover something new. As I recently hosted an online pop-up, I got the chance to try an Amelia Dress. This is a “dressier” dress than the other LuLaRoe dresses I own, and it was perfect for Easter.
So, although I love Justin to death, he takes terrible photos. As one of my friends said, “every time Justin takes a picture, it looks like his first time using a camera.” Yikes. That means that whenever I want to do a style post, I have to bug someone— usually my mom— to help me out. Because my mom has been busy
doing most of the work for helping with Critter’s first birthday party, I didn’t want to bother her. That means I experimented with flat lays for this post! I had a lot of unnecessary help for them, so they could be better, but I’d love to hear your thoughts on flat lays vs portraits for style posts.
